Beavis and Butt-Head is an American adult animated television sitcom by Mike Judge which ran for 7 seasons from March 8, 1993 and ended on November 28, 1997 on MTV. In 1996 the series was adapted into a movie titled Beavis and Butt-Head Do America. The eighth season was aired in 2011. The title characters are hard rock/heavy metal-loving teenagers from the fictional town of Highland, Texas.
