George William Foster (born October 7, 1955) is an American businessman and politician. He is the U.S. Representative for Illinois's 11th congressional district, winning the seat in 2012.^[1] He was the U.S. Representative for Illinois's 14th congressional district from 2008 to 2011. He is a member of the Democratic Party.
