Claude Dauphin (10 June, 1951 – September 30, 2015) was a French billionaire businessman, and executive chairman of Trafigura Beheer BV. He had served as Trafigura's chairman and CEO.^[1] In March 2013 his net wealth was estimated at $1 billion by Forbes.^[2]

Dauphin died in the early hours of September 30, 2015 in a hospital in Bogota, Colombia from cancer, aged 64.^[3][4]
