Grand Valley State University is a public university in Allendale, Michigan. It is close to Grand Rapids, Michigan . The university was established in 1960. It has other campuses in Downtown Grand Rapids and in Holland . It also teaches classes at local community colleges at Muskegon and Traverse City .
