The NXT North American Championship is a professional wrestling title owned by WWE and competed for by the men of NXT. It was created as NXT's second-most-important men's championship on March 7, 2018, on an episode of NXT. On that episode, NXT commissioner, William Regal said that there would be a ladder match between EC3, Killian Dain, Adam Cole, Ricochet, Lars Sullivan, and Velveteen Dream to decide the first champion. The match happened at NXT TakeOver: New Orleans and Adam Cole won it to become the first champion.[1][2]

Right now the champion is Tony D'Angelo, who is in his first reign. He won the title by defeating longest-reigning champion Oba Femi on the October 8, 2024, episode of NXT.[3]
