New Hampshire's 1st congressional district is a congressional district in the U.S. state of New Hampshire. Democrat Chris Pappas is the representative since elected in 2018. It contains contains parts of Hillsborough, Rockingham, Merrimack, Grafton and Belknap counties; and the entirety of Strafford and Carroll counties.
