Nikolay Aleksandrovich Skvortsov (Russian: Николай Александрович Скворцов; 14 October 1899 – 15 January 1974) was a Soviet politician and the Second Secretary of the Communist Party of the Kazakh SSR from 3 May 1938 to 13 July 1945.
