Ohio's 6th congressional district is a congressional district in the state of Ohio. The people who live in the congressional district elects a person to represent the district in the United States House of Representatives. The district is currently represented by nobody, after Republican Bill Johnson resigned.[needs update] The district is in the southeastern part of Ohio and has a border with the states of Kentucky, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania. There are no large cities in the district but it is very rural.
