The Muppets Studio, LLC, formerly The Muppets Holding Company, LLC, is a subsidiary of Disney Parks, Experiences and Products. It was formed in 2004 when The Walt Disney Company's bought the intellectual properties of The Muppets and Bear in the Big Blue House from The Jim Henson Company before the next year May 2024.
