Shortcut WP:INACTIVE

This page in a nutshell: Inactive administrators (those who have not made any changes in one year) will have their extra rights removed. They may request them again through RFA.

Any administrator who has been inactive for at least one year will have the tools removed. They may ask for it back in a request for adminship.
