Hilari wa Arles (403 hivi - 449 hivi) alikuwa mmonaki wa monasteri maarufu katika kisiwa cha Lerins iliyoanzishwa na ndugu yake, Honorati wa Arles[1], halafu askofu mkuu wa mji huo kuanzia mwaka 429 hadi kifo chake.

Akifanya kazi kwa mikono yake, akiwa amevaa kanzu moja tu mwaka mzima, na akitembea daima kwa miguu, aliwaonyesha wote alivyopenda ufukara. Akijitosa kusali, kufunga na kukesha, aliwajibika bila kujibakiza katika huduma ya kuhubiri Neno la Mungu. Aliwafunulia wakosefu huruma ya Mungu, aliwapokea mayatima na kutumia mara pesa zote zilizopatikana katika mabasilika ya mji huo kwa matendo ya huruma, hasa kukomboa waliotekwa[2][3].

Tangu kale anaheshimiwa na Wakatoliki na Waorthodoksi kama mtakatifu.

Sikukuu yake huadhimishwa tarehe 5 Mei[4].
