Kongal (pia: Comhghall, Comgall; Ulster, 515 hivi  – Bangor, 597/602) alikuwa askari wa Ireland aliyegeuka[1] mmonaki padri maarufu kwa kuanzisha monasteri maarufu ya Bangor[2][3] alipolea na kuongoza kwa hekima na busara maelfu ya wamonaki, akiwemo Kolumbani[4], kufuata masharti makali ya kitawa[5][6] hata kupitia kanuni maalumu [7] [8].

Tangu kale anaheshimiwa na Wakatoliki, Waorthodoksi na Waanglikana kama mtakatifu.
