Ang eskudo ng Rusya Ruso: Герб России ay nagmula sa naunang coat of arms ng Russian Empire. Bagama't binago nang higit sa isang beses mula noong paghahari ni Ivan III (1462–1505), ang kasalukuyang coat of arms ay direktang hinango mula sa orihinal nitong medieval, kung saan ang double-headed eagle ay mayroong Byzantine at mga naunang nauna. Ang pangkalahatang tincture ay tumutugma sa ikalabinlimang siglong pamantayan.[1]
