Ang isang Pilipino sa Ibayong Dagat (Ingles: Overseas Filipino) ay isang tao na may pinagmulang Pilipino na nakatira sa labas ng Pilipinas. Ikinakapit ang terminong ito sa lahat ng mga Pilipino na nasa ibang bansa nang walang takda bilang mga mamamayan o permanenteng naninirahan ng ibang bansa at sa mga mamamayang Pilipino na nasa ibang bansa sa panahong limitado at nakatakda, tulad ng may kontrata sa trabaho o bilang mga mag-aaral. Maaari rin itong tumukoy sa taong may lahing Pilipino. Pagsapit ng 2019, mayroong higit sa 12 milyong Pilipino sa ibayong-dagat.[2]
