macOS Monterey（版本12）是蘋果公司用於麥金塔桌面作業系統macOS的第18個主要版本，它於2021年6月7日的蘋果全球開發者大會（WWDC）上發布，成為macOS 11 Big Sur的繼任版本^[5][6]。其測試版已於2021年6月7日向註冊蘋果開發者計劃的開發人員發布^[7]。公測版於2021年7月1日推出^[8]；同年10月25日推出正式版。^[9]

macOS Monterey的名稱源自美國加州中部海濱城市蒙特雷湾，蘋果公司遵循以加利福尼亞州的地標來為macOS版本命名的傳統。
