Dorothy McAuliffe (née Swann; born May 2, 1963) is an American attorney who served as the U.S. State Department's Special Representative for Global Partnerships from 2022 to 2025. She previously was the First Lady of the Commonwealth of Virginia from January 2014 to January 2018.
