Draft:Syudou

  • Comment: Neither youtube, nor the subject's personal website, are reliable sources. Mentions of his blog are not important, nor what he is a "fan of" as there's little chance those topics are covered by reliable, secondary sources. The subject does seem to be notable, so let me know when this is fixed and I'll take another look. Utopes (talk / cont) 22:56, 10 March 2024 (UTC)

Syudou[Note 1], born (1995-09-27) September 27, 1995 (age 29), stylized in lowercase, is a Japanese singer-songwriter and vocaloid producer.

He quickly grew in popularity after the release of his 2019 song, Bitter Choco Decoration, which entered the video-sharing platform NicoNico's Vocaloid Hall of Legends and sits at 50 million views on NicoNico and YouTube combined.[2][3]

In 2020, he composed and wrote the lyrics of Ado's debut single, Usseewa, and in March 2021, he started releasing music with his own voice, with his debut single Hebereke Junkie. His songs, Gambling and Reversal were released as the opening themes to the anime adapation of Tsukimichi: Moonlit Fantasy's first and second season, respectively, and In The Back Room was released as the fifth ending theme of Chainsaw Man. In 2024, his single, I Kill You was released as the opening theme of the Japanese TV Drama "Baby Assassins Everyday! [ja]", and Work Out was released as the ending theme to the anime adaptation of Magilumiere Co. Ltd.[4]

He is represented by the artist management company A-Sketch under his own label, syudou store.[5]
