TEDxIndianaUniversity is an independent TEDx event held annually in Bloomington, Indiana. Like other TEDx events, TEDxIndianaUniversity obtained a free university event license[3] from TED to hold the conference, with organizers agreeing to follow certain principles[4][5]. In addition to a larger annual event or "conference"[6] with live speakers, TEDxIndianaUniversity regularly holds Salon events[7], smaller events to engage the local Bloomington and Indiana University community in discussions of topics relevant to the community[8].
