Jill Katherine Underly (born August 2, 1977) is an American educator and school system administrator from Iowa County, Wisconsin. She is the superintendent of public instruction of the U.S. state of Wisconsin, elected in the 2021 Spring general election. She previously served as an assistant director in the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction and served as superintendent of the Pecatonica Area School District.
