Kayakalpa

Kayakalpa is a form of traditional rejuvenation practice originating in South India.[1]

It includes specific dietary, exercise and breathing regimens.[2] It aims to slow down and reverse physical degeneration at cellular level and improve the vitality of organ systems.[3][4] It originates from Sanskrit with “Kaya” meaning body and “Kalpa” for transformation.[5]
