Latawiec is a historic neighbourhood located in the Śródmieście district of Warsaw, built in the 1950s.

The main designer of the architectural layout, which covers an area of approximately 18 hectares, was Eleonora Sekrecka [pl]. The neighbourhood was a complement to the Marszałkowska Residential District [pl] and is also referred to as MDM III. Some of its elements draw inspiration from the Renaissance style. The central street of the neighbourhood, featuring an octagonal square, is Wyzwolenia Avenue [pl].
