Sampad Chandra Swain (born 1986)[1] is an Indian politician from Odisha. He is a first time MLA who became the Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Industries, Skill Development and Technical Education in Government of Odisha in 2024. He is a member of the Member of Odisha Legislative Assembly from Paradeep assembly constituency of Jagatsinghpur district.
