Vaathi (transl. Teacher) is a 2023 Indian bilingual period action drama film written and directed by Venky Atluri. The film was simultaneously shot in Tamil and Telugu with the latter version titled Sir.[3][4] The film stars Dhanush, who plays a school teacher.
