Grupo Casas Bahia (formerly known as Via,[1] and Via Varejo), is a Brazilian retail company founded in 2010 through the merger of retail companies Casas Bahia, owned by the Klein family, and Ponto, owned by Grupo Pão de Açúcar. Since June 2019, the Klein family owns a controlling stake in Via Varejo.[4]
